All items are custom and made for YOU. This means that your shirt is made after you order, not stocked. Please allow us enough time to make your products. We ship out all orders of a pre-order session at the same time.

The shop will be open for people to pre-order products. During that time, we make release promo codes and other special offers for your convenience. We may also decide to either lengthen or shorten the pre-order session depending on the popularity of the site at the time. After that 2 weeks is up, the products won’t be up for purchase until the next session. During the time between the end of pre-orders and the re-opening of pre-orders, we’ll be making the products. This process includes counting each individual order, sorting, and getting them printed. After the company finishes printing the products, we’ll be packing and shipping each order individually. We can’t control the printing process, so sometimes the products may come a little later. Eventually, the products will be delivered to you!

It usually takes 2-3 weeks after the pre-order session ends before we ship out everything.
